Whoever has the most toys..... HAS NEVER MOVED!!!! We moved from our small 3 bedroom apartment to a townhouse that will give us a little more room. We had probably only a 3rd or less of our stuff in the apartment so I thought it would just take us a couple of hours to move. NOT!!!! Man did we have a lot of stuff in that little apartment. I have no idea how we were able to cram so much stuff in. It took 2 paid helpers, Jeff, his brother, Jeff's nephew, Corrie, Ashlie, Austin and myself 5 hours just to get everything from the apartment into the U-haul and then unload it at the townhouse. This time does not include any unpacking or putting beds back together. I couldn't believe it. I got major razzing from Jeff's brother about my scrapbook boxes. Ok so they totaled 14 boxes altogether. And ok so they were probably the heaviest boxes... but.... but.... someday my kids, and their kids and their kid's kids will thank me. Right now, not so much. :-). Moving Day was almost 2 weeks ago. The following Saturday we went to storage to get a few more items. Some of the boxes we forgot what were in them so it was like Christmas.
I would have taken more pictures during the move, but considering the guys were already complaining about my scrapbooks and taking more pictures means more scrapbooks for the next move I thought I better hold off for the time being. Most if not all of this stuff is my scrapbooking stuff. :-)
