Softball/baseball

The last 3 months we have spent a HUGE majority of our time at the ballfield watching Corrie's softball and Austin's baseball. They both have done very good this year. Austin's hitting really improved. He used to strike out almost every time. This year he is consistantly hitting them to center or right field. He usually plays 3rd base or outfield. Austin's team ended up 2nd in the American league and 5th overall. They are currently playing in the playoffs. I thought I had more pictures of him so I'll need to get more during his playoffs

Corrie has always played first base but this year she is playing short stop. She does a good job. Her team started out strong but lately they all act like they don't want to be there. They actually finished 2nd in the league. They are in the playoffs right now too. They must win there next game or they are out.

I kept score this year for Corrie's team. I love keeping score. It was a little bit of a challenge this year because of the babies. But usually Austin and Jeff were there to watch the babies.

The babies do very good at sitting on their blanket and playing with their toys. Thanks goodness they don't like to venture off onto the grass and they aren't too mobile yet.

I am too sexy..... And she has a phone. A prediction of the future maybe....

Because of the storms here the policy is if thunder is heard then you must go sit in your car for 3o minutes. Lately we have had this happen quite a bit. Usually what happens is we sit in the car and then end up going home. Last Saturday we went to the ballpark twice, sat in the car twice and went home twice. Too much fun!!!
