I really miss going to the BSU games. I miss the tailgating, I miss the friends, I miss watching the stupid people :-) and Yes I miss watching BSU football Live. Thankfully we have ESPN and have been able to watch and follow them on TV, but it just isn't the same.
So as soon as the BSU vs VT game at Fed EX Field (about 1 1/2 from US) was annouced we had planned on going. But then the issue of ticket prices came up. I really had come to the resolution we just weren't going. Then my cousing told me about a website where we could get tickets. I found them for $25 a piece. AWESOME!! I didn't even care if they were noise bleed section. I wanted to be there. We couldn't really afford tickets for the entire family so Corrie and Austin stayed home with Caitlynn and Dalton. They school the next day anyway. By the way, Fed Ex field is where the Redskins play.
OMG!!! Is all I can say. It was AWESOME!! We had nose bleed section seats but they weren't that bad. I like sitting up that high anyway so I can see the plays. We had Cadets sitting behind us so there wasn't any drunk obnoxious people around us. The game was definitely a nail bitter. I loved it. Loved every minute of our evening. We didn't get home until like 2am... but soo soo worth it.
By the way, BSU beat VT. But you also have to understand every person in this state is a VT fan. I mean we are in Virginia. So this was soo huge to be a BSU fan among all VT fans and beat them!!!

Ok... now this is tailgating!!! The stadium was full with something like 92,000 fans. So you can imagine the parking issues and the tailgating going on. If you even look in the left hand corner of this picture. Those are 2 other parking lots FULL! Amazing! Amazing experience.
